  • Free shipping is available for orders over $80!!
    • Free shipping available for online orders only - please allow 2-8 business days for delivery
    • Only available for orders shipped within the continental United States
    • Orders that received free shipping and are returned will have a $9.95 restocking fee deducted from their refund
  • USPS Priority Mail
    • All shipping rates are calculated using “real time” carrier rates and are based on the weight and size of the packages
    • Saturday delivery available for US deliveries by request ONLY- Please contact Customer Service to receive the Saturday rate

    • Delivery is between 9 am and 8 pm, Tuesday - Saturday
  • FedEx Express Saver – Arrives within 3 business days guaranteed
    • Available for continental US only
    • Delivery by 8:00 pm, Monday - Friday
    • Shipping time does NOT include the day the order was placed – For example, if you placed your order on a Monday and it qualifies for same day shipping, your order will arrive on Thursday
  • FedEx 2 Day – Arrives within 2 business days guaranteed
    • Delivery by 8:00 pm, Monday - Friday – Earlier delivery is available, but must be requested by contacting Customer Service for rates.
    • Shipping time does NOT include the day the order was placed – For example, if you placed your order on a Monday and it qualifies for same day shipping, it will arrive on Wednesday.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight – Arrives within 1 business day guaranteed
    • Orders that qualify for same day shipping will arrive by 8:00 pm the next business day.
    • Earlier delivery is available, but must be requested by contacting Customer Service for rates

Shipping Considerations

  • Signatures are not required for delivery and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
    • Please make any necessary arrangements for arrival of your order
    • 'Signature Required' can be requested for an extra fee - please contact Customer Service for rates
  • Rural areas may not qualify for certain shipping options and may cause delay in delivery
  • Inclement weather may cause shipping delays. Please check www.fedex.com or www.usps.com for any delay notifications in your area
  • If shipping to an office building or company address, please be sure to include the company name when filling out the address or the package may not be able to be delivered.
  • Orders returned to us as undeliverable are charged a $10 fee by the carrier. You will be responsible for this fee – Please be sure to double check shipping addresses for accuracy
  • Orders that are returned to us as “Refused by Receiver” are charged a $12 fee by the carrier. You will be responsible for this fee
    • Please verify all orders for accuracy before submitting
    • Please be sure to alert any gate guards, front desk personnel, etc. that you are expecting a package from us
    • Most of our boxes do have our logo on them, but some of our boxes are just plain brown, cardboard boxes or may even be a USPS Priority Mail box. The label will show the package as being shipped from:

Return Policy

In the unlikely event that a product needs to be returned, we have a simple and easy return policy. First, please e-mail us at [email protected] or call 1-866-237-4013 prior to returning any items so that we can issue you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All returns must be received within 30 days from the original purchase date.
For product returns or exchanges the customer is always responsible for return shipping costs.

Return for Credit: Receive a 100% credit of the total sale price of the item. All items must be in re-saleable condition. Shipping fees may apply. If you received Free Shipping and are returning your purchase then a $9.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If any of accessory items are missing or have been used upon the return for credit, you will be charged a fee of the retail prices of the missing or un-resell able products. For hygiene purposes, used electrodes should not be returned. There is a $5 fee for replacement of used electrodes and each missing accessory on all returns for credit or exchange when electrodes or accessories were used from a TENs unit kit and not bought as a separate accessory. If the electrodes were bought separately, the original fee of the retail pricing for those products will apply. There is also a 5% restocking fee off the total sale of purchase when the order is over $250. This is to cover extra handling and credit card charges occurred by our company. Orders cannot be returned/refunded if missing the main TENS unit from a kit. Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method.

Replacement: We offer replacements of any defective or non-operational item purchased. Each purchase includes a 6 month manufacturer’s warranty.

How will the customer receive their refund?
The customer will receive a credit to their credit card of the original purchase.

How long until the customer receives their refund?
The customer will receive their refund within 24 to 48 hours after we have received the returned product/order.
