Love the product once I figured out how to use it. The instruction booklet is helpful but it was hard for me to understand how to actually start the programs.

Giving it 2 stars for now as mine came in broken. 1 of the buttons was stuck in and could not be used. I called them and was given a return authorization number. I had to pay to send it back so they could decide if they think it is worthy of an exchange. Plus the instructions are impossible. Still waiting for some sort of response. I just want 1 that works.

I like the unit. However it would not turn on when using battery power only. Which is why only two stars. It seems to function perfectly on AC. The manufacturer is sending a replacement battery. If that solves the problem, I will update this review and increase to 4 stars. In addition, the directions are very confusing, but the diagrams showing where to place the electrodes are very Clear.

I've purchased two of these units and had different issues with both. First unit would not let me unlock it and eventually the interferential mode stopped working. The second unit has an issue with power in that it will run for say 10 - 15 minutes and then shut off on its own regardless of the time set on the unit . The only good thing is the rechargeable battery.

I can't speak long-term because I just recently started using this unit. However, I'm really impressed. I've had primarily IF and some EMS therapy through my chiropractor for years due to a neck injury. He suggested a home unit, so I could get more than 10-15 minutes of therapy at a time. The Neo seems well made. The menu takes a little getting used to, but a combination of reading and testing soon got me to the point where I could use it to get the therapy I wanted. I tested all four modes (TENS, EMS, Micro, and IFT) and the results felt comparable to the $5k machine in the chiropractor's office. Combination therapy last night (EMS and IFT) and I woke up feeling much better this morning. It has a lot of options for customizing your therapy, including programmed modes and manual modes. The only "con" I can come up with is that the battery life in IFT mode is quite short (roughly 20-25 minutes). The good news is that the unit can be used plugged in and spare batteries are available through a variety of sources for a reasonable price. Since I only plan on using it at home, this isn't an issue for me, but be aware of it if you plan to use it "on the fly". I would strongly recommend this to anyone considering a combination unit.

I am fairly new to TENS units, this is the first one I have purchased. I did a lot of reading and researching before finally choosing this one. I have been using it for a couple weeks now and am pleased with it. I am still trying to figure it out and experiment with all its settings and finding the best possible settings for me. I am still learning, don't really know what I am doing. I like it, it has a big screen with a graphic body for you to easily identify what its program modes are best suited for. And I mean it has a "graphic body" on it, everyones snickers at the nudie girl on the screen! :-) It looks the the main image in this listing, not like the second photo with the wires wrapped around it. I like that it has a rechargeable battery, that was one of the requirements for my search. I would like if I could charge it without removing the battery, but this way you can easily change batteries if this one gets weak. Also it uses a semi-common cell phone battery so you can get a second one and have a charged replacement ready to swap in. The battery seems to last a long time too. Complaints … really the only negative I have had so far is that with all the buttons exposed it is easy to bump them and have it change settings or stop the program. Yes it does have a Lock button you can use to "lock" the device but it really does not do that. Per the manual it leaves the adjustment buttons functional and the power button. The little power button on top is what I seem to bump the most and that instantly shuts it off. Whats the point of a Lock button if it does not lock the functions? Maybe require a long press for the power button would be a suggestion too. Anyway, with that, I do recommend this device, it is for real having 4 devices in 1, tho I don't understand them. Should I ever need another unit I will look at getting an undated one of this model, hopefully by then they will have a functioning Lock button.

I got this for some peripheral nerve damage pain that I got from a knee surgery, which is helping. However, the truly amazing results are on my husband. His back and shoulder pains are VERY well managed now with this handy little unit. I'm into more natural therapies for pains and health issues and he will try my suggestions a time or two. This little unit works so well that he comes to me asking me to hook him up prior to bed nearly every night. He says he sleeps great after too! One of his buddies at work is even ordering one this week by my husbands recommendations. Price is excellent from the comparison shopping that I did. Battery life is outstanding. We have ran over 20 full cycled treatments and have over half of the rechargeable battery life yet. Oh yah, rechargeable battery or use it plugged into outlet. _x000D_ _x000D_ Downfall. I would like a better instructional manual. It is easy to use, but the manual doesn't explain how to use it. The Included instructions are basic at best. I am doing a great deal of research trying to find reputable resources on how to utilize this awesome little unit to its full potential. Have to take battery out to charge it.
